CAPS United’s preparations for their upcoming match against Yadah have been thrown into disarray.
This was after an alleged dispute between team manager Shakespeare Chinogwenya and the coaching staff, leading to the cancellation of training.
Sources at the club revealed that Chinogwenya failed to provide training kits and balls, sparking a heated confrontation with head coach Lloyd Chitembwe.
The argument escalated before players were sent home.
There are claims the kit was taken for a spiritual ritual.
The source added that Chinogwenya openly challenged Chitembwe’s leadership, insisting that the veteran coach must leave the club.
