Zimbabwe Independent Editor Faith Zaba is returning to remand prison tonight after magistrate Vakai Chikwekwe failed to rule on her bail application.
Chikwekwe said there was no electricity at the courts, couldn’t type his judgement.
Zaba is charged with undermining the president by publishing a satirical article published by her publication.
She was arrested on Tuesday and spent a night in police custody before her appearance in court on Wednesday.
The magistrate was expected to deliver the bail ruling this Thursday.
