Businessman Kudakwashe Tagwirei was asked to leave a meeting of the Zanu PF central committee earlier today after vice president Constantino Chiwenga said his co-option into the central committee had not followed procedure.
Chiwenga had President Mnangagwa’s backing, according to sources.
A source from the Tagwirei camp played down the incident, stating: “The central committee has to ratify his participation first and it can’t be done while he is present.” – Zim Live.
