Hip-Hop star Saintfloew hospitalised

HARARE – Hip-hop artist Saintfloew has been admitted to Corporate 24 Hospital in Harare, according to his benefactor and businessman Tinashe Mutarisi.

The sudden hospitalisation follows a recent performance at Gwanzura stadium and a days-long battle with a severe fever.

Mutarisi revealed he last spoke with Saintfloew after his performance at Gwanzura Stadium, where the artist confessed to battling a strange fever.

Mutarisi wrote on Facebook saying:

“I’ve just received some news about Saintfloewmusic and since I know many of you here love him as much as I do, I felt it’s only right to share this with you.

A few minutes ago, Mai Santa texted me to let me know that Saint has been admitted at Corporate 24 Hospital. He’s not feeling well and is currently unable to speak.

I spoke to him right after his performance at Gwanzura Stadium, and he told me he was battling a strange fever. I asked him to call me the next day so we could go to the hospital together but Saint being Saint, he never called. I assumed he had recovered.

When I reached out again yesterday, he said he was still not well but was about to go to the clinic and silly me, I believed him. Those who know us know we both hate hospital visits and only go when it’s really bad.

Doctors have started running the necessary tests. Though I’m currently out of the country, I’m comforted knowing he’s in good hands with Bev by his side and under the care of a great medical team at Corporate 24.

Let’s all keep Saint in our thoughts and prayers.

Please, no calls or visits for now Bev promised to keep me (and all of you) updated as things progress.

I’ll be heading back home tomorrow.
